More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing different parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
